We’ve all that inclination to do or not do something but we couldn’t quite put our finger on why. No real reasoning behind it, maybe a little voice inside your head or a gut feeling that gives you guidance on life's myriad of decisions. Your intuition is your inner wisdom. Intuition acts a sort of sixth sense, that tells us when something is right for us or gives us a sense of impending danger. It is a phenomenon that often defies explanation. Some people believe that intuition is a form of extrasensory perception, while others think it's a product of our subconscious mind. While it can be difficult to define, intuition is a powerful and valuable tool that can help guide us through life's many decisions.
Consider it a guiding compass that allows us to tap into our inner wisdom and make choices that feel right, even if they don't make sense on paper. It can also help us avoid danger and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.Intuitions are signs that Spirt is flawlessly guiding our lives as we’ve requested. Reflect back on times when you had a hunch and didn’t follow or heed the warning. How has your intuition attempted to guide you in the past and how can you apply those lessons moving forward?
Developing you intuition is the process of learning to trust yourself; consider it like a muscle in the body that that can be strengthened. It is an aspect of emotional intelligence and with study, attention and patience, can be grown and used to further aid your persuasion skills. It is important to note that there is no singular intuitive experience. Some will experience sensations in their gut (sacral chakra) while others have stronger sensation in their chest (heart chakra) or areas of the throat (throat chakra). By paying attention to these physical shifts, the world of self-calibration opens up to us. These shifts can sometimes make huge differences in the things we do and measures we take to close a deal or get out of a dangerous or difficult situation. Pay attention to what you’re feeling and learn to trust it. The more you use your intuition, the more attuned you will become to your inner self.
Following your intuition shouldn’t negate logic and reason but rather act in concert with them. It's important to balance our intuition with rational thinking and gather as much information as possible when making a decision.
